Jerry Pearson's new development on Jefferson Highway will include two new restaurants and a maternity store, reports Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate's Mark Hebert, who is leasing the 24,350-square foot project. Located near Bocage subdivision, Jefferson Village development will include Wings of the World restaurant and a fast-food Chinese delivery eatery, as well as Mama Mia, a maternity shop branching from Mandeville. Hebert said 65 percent of the development is leased. Others in the project include Whitney Bank and CC's Coffee, which is moving across the street from another Pearson development, and DeAngelo's Pizzeria, which is relocating from Hammond Aire Shopping Center. |
