Equity One Inc says it has sold Millervillage Shopping Center for $2.7 million to an undisclosed buyer. The real estate equity trust said the shopping center at the corner of Millerville Road and Old Hammond Highway is 94,559 square feet. The property was built in 1983, renovated in 1992 and 34% occupied at the time of sale. The sale was handled by Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate. The shopping center includes Rite Aid and Kean's the Cleaners as tenants. Equity One said it made a $1.1 million gain on the sale. |
