Group plans hotel off Corporate:
Raising Cane's has sold a 1.4-acre lot on Bankers Avenue to a group of developers who plan to build a Candlewood Suites hotel on the property. Bankers Avenue Investments paid $744,000 for the property in a deal that closed Friday. The investors and developers behind Bankers Avenue are the same ones building a Holiday Inn Express on Siegen Lane, says Mark Hebert, who represented both the buyer and the seller. |
