New Shopping Center Planned for Siegen Lane Corner:
A 110,000-square-foot shopping center will be built at the corner of Siegen Lane and Cloverland Avenue, in front of an upscale apartment complex. George Kurz of Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate, who represents the Metrailer family who own the land, says he's negotiating with tenants who want to move into the property. "There's a good deal of interest," he says. Plans are to extend Cloverland across Siegen into the 324-unit apartment complex Creekstone Development will build. A traffic signal will be installed at the new intersection, which will allow vehicles to pull into the shopping center. |
