Embree Construction of Georgetown, Texas, has purchased property at the corner of Highland and Barringer Foreman roads and plans to build a Goodyear service center there. Mark Hebert of Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate, who brokered the deal, says Embree will build a 30,000-square-foot tire service center. The developers paid $585,288 for the land. |
