A 0.65-acre tract at Jefferson Highway and Tiger Bend Road has been sold to a Metairie convenience store operator. Zeus LLC bought the land for $368,500, says Mark Hebert of Kurz & Hebert, who brokered the deal. A company headed by local restaurant owner Giovanni Mucciacciaro was the seller. The land had been a Chevron station. Hebert says the new owners plan to build a convenience store on the site, complete with new construction. |
